I’m Natalie Omari, a Project Manager and Audience Development Consultant committed to making the arts more accessible to everyone. With over 10 years of experience in the arts and a deep passion for fostering connections, I help arts organisations reach and resonate with young people, communities from the global majority, and people from underserved communities.


I work with Jamie Wilson Productions as an Audience Development Consultant on Mrs. Doubtfire the Musical, Sister Act the Musical and The Devil Wears Prada the Musical. My role includes promoting diversity through inclusive recruitment and leading initiatives for affordable West End tickets for low-income families. I also develop educational workshops, support SOLT's Theatre for Every Child campaign, and work on enhancing accessibility in theatres and online, including overseeing Relaxed Performances.

JAMIE WILSON PRODUCTIONS

I collaborated with The Diana Award on their 25th Anniversary, leading the planning and execution of key events, including the Youth Voice in Politics insights report launch and The Legacy Awards. My work focused on creating impactful campaigns to raise awareness of their mission, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring accessibility and inclusivity. I also developed digital strategies, supported brand storytelling, and embedded youth co-production into events to ensure their voices were heard.

THE DIANA AWARD

I developed a comprehensive marketing strategy for the organisation, consulting on the website's user journey and social media approach. This included creating a website structure in WordPress, devising a social media strategy focused on interactivity, engagement, and branding, and formulating a 6-12 month strategy. Additionally, I contributed to the development of educational resource packs, tour packs, and a social impact report.

KDE DANCE

Developed and executed the marketing strategy for We Are Parable’s nationwide release of Earth Mama. My role involved amplifying the film's awareness through targeted digital campaigns, creating bespoke assets, and coordinating with UK cinemas to drive ticket sales. I also managed content repurposing, website updates, and email marketing, ensuring a cohesive and engaging campaign that resonated with audiences.

WE ARE PARABLE

My work included developing and delivering a robust marketing and communications strategy, restructuring the programme within Towner Eastbourne, and building strong community links to attract new audiences. I also supported brand development for Creative Newhaven and worked closely with the Creative Newhaven Working Group to promote their events and opportunities.

CREATIVE NEWHAVEN

I evaluated and restrategised marketing processes and communication channels, delivering effective B2C and B2B campaigns. This involved developing new e-communication processes that enhanced customer retention and loyalty, creating and scheduling engaging content for social media and video platforms, and producing creative content for RADA Business and RADA channels. Additionally, I supported the migration from Microsoft Dynamics to Spektrix, providing training on customer analysis and reporting.

BARBICAN CENTRE

I developed and managed marketing strategies targeting young people, families, and underrepresented communities, significantly raising the profile of the Creative Learning programme. I successfully grew the Young Barbican membership through exclusive events and partnerships.

I coordinated marketing campaigns for touring productions, serving as the liaison between venues and producers. I delivered innovative content, supervised ticketing campaigns, and oversaw asset development.

HOXTON HALL

I managed the marketing, communication, and box office departments at Hoxton Hall, leading strategic audience development initiatives, including a volunteer brand ambassador scheme and a youth arts board.
