Innovation through Inclusion
I am more than just a consultant; I am a catalyst for change. My journey began with a deep passion for arts accessibility, transforming the landscape for underrepresented communities. With a commitment to pushing boundaries, I work to elevate voices that deserve to be heard. My goal is not only to connect but to inspire and empower.
Every story adds depth and richness to the arts. In an industry where many voices are still overlooked, it's crucial to amplify those that have long been unheard. The arts thrive on a variety of perspectives, and by bringing more of these to the forefront, we create a more vibrant and authentic cultural landscape. If you are an arts organisation looking to make meaningful change, let's embark on this journey together.

My love for the arts began in childhood, during those special moments that brought my family together. Weekends with my dad were always an adventure, whether we were exploring art galleries, museums, theatres, or the cinema. The arts had a magical ability to transport us to other worlds, offering both an escape and a learning experience. Through these trips, I discovered new cultures and heard stories that sparked my imagination and broadened my understanding of the world.
As I grew older, I noticed that not everyone had the same access to these enriching experiences. Families like mine were often absent from these spaces, and the arts—though transformative—were something my parents had to save up for. This realisation fueled my passion and shaped my career aspirations. I knew that my work had to focus on transforming these spaces to be more inclusive, ensuring that young people and families from all backgrounds could experience the joy, connection, and learning that I was so fortunate to have.
I also wanted to amplify voices that are often overlooked, to champion stories that deserve to be heard but are too often left out of the conversation. The arts are not just a luxury; they are a powerful tool for education, social awareness, and unity.
In 2020, as the world stood still, it was the arts and the creative industries that people turned to for solace, entertainment, and mental well-being. This moment underscored the undeniable truth: the arts are essential, and they must be accessible to everyone.
My commitment to this work is deeply personal and profoundly important. I am dedicated to making the arts a space where all can find inspiration, learn from one another, and come together—because in these shared experiences, we discover our common humanity.
